We will contact you by email or phone if an item is out of stock or there is any delay with your order

If you agree to us shipping an incomplete order we will send any out of stock items within the time period we have agreed and you will not be charged for the second delivery.

Delivery Charges And Delivery Times

Orders received before 15.00 for items in stock on next day deliveries will be dispatched the same day.
Currently we supply to UK and export by prior arrangement (export@jetmedia.co.uk for details) to EU and other countries.

Standard UK mainland delivery service (delivery & packing) costs are as follows.
Some highland postcodes may have a delivery surcharge which will be advised before we ship.
Please call for delivery charges for Island addresses, (small items at normal rates).

You can select the delivery service you need in the shopping cart the cost is shown on the checkout page.

The delivery charges take into account the total value, weight and bulk of whatever you purchase.
We aim to cover the costs of delivery and packing starting at £2.89 as indicated on the listings pages
The actual figure is calculated for each order on the cart page, a rough guide for single quantities are below;

We reserve the right to change delivery method, within customer selection, as required.

Delivery days means normal working days ie Monday to Friday, excludes bank holidays, Christmas and Easter Holidays.
Delivery days / times for Royal Mail / Special delivery is as set out ny Royalmail
If you required next day delivery (or by a specific date) select it, please do not rely on standard mail.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail and / or other courier service.

Some deliveries MUST be signed for, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that someone will be available
at the delivery address to do so. In the event that no-one is available and the goods are returned to us the purchaser
will be responsible for outgoing and return carriage charges, any refund made will be less these amounts.

For Next Day delivery please order by 15.00

Royalmail special delivery to some outlying areas may not arrive before 1PM please contact us to check if in doubt.

Deliveries are not made on Saturday or Sunday

Orders placed on Fridays for next day delivery will usually be delivered the next working day not Saturday

Orders for next day delivery placed at weekends and on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
