Ordering

Click the buy button next to the product(s) you wish to purchase, they will be added to your basket, the number of items will be shown in the top right of the page. You can change order quantities in the basket during checkout. To checkout click the basket checkout link in the right hand top corner.

Delivery Address

Please provide the card holder address on the order form, an optional delivery address can be entered in the feedback form after completing the order. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver to the address provided.

Tracking

A dispatch email is sent with courier dispatched orders which includes a tracking link for you delivery. You can locate your local delivery depot from this site

Why do you want my phone number

Your phone number gives us another way of contacting you, as well as email, if we have any problems processing the order. For courier delivered orders the courier may use your number to check directions. We do not collect or pass on phone numbers, except to assist delivery as stated above

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from most local and national government organisations, education, police, MOD, fire, ambulance and registered UK PLC companies. Purchase orders can be email to sales@jetmedia.co.uk or faxed to 0870 137 3013

Plain Label Deliveries

We can ship items on your behalf direct to your customer using plain unmarked delivery paperwork, or your own delivery notes
