How do I place an order?

Credit is only granted upon receipt of an official stamped and authorised purchase order from public sector bodies. We will accept Purchase Orders received via:

What details should I include on my purchase order?

  • Order originator contact details. (Full name, postal address, email address and phone number).
  • Delivery contact details.
  • Invoicing contact details
  • A purchase order number or reference which should be clearly identifiable
  • Details of the items you want to purchase, including the following (where applicable)
    • Quantity
    • Jetmedia part number
    • Product Name
    • Price
  • Full authorizing signatures and stamp
  • Any special instructions, for example regarding delivery. These will be complied with wherever possible.
