Cards

We Accept Payment via VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, American Express, Postal order and Cheque

Cheques will require 3-5 days for clearance if sending cash please use Royal Mail Special Delivery

Purchase orders can be faxed to 0113 320 0956 we accept purchase orders from schools, colleges and Business customers


Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site


Prices

All prices exclude delivery service (as above) and VAT, inclusive prices are quoted as well.
Goods sold subject to availability. E&OE. Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions are up to date and correct.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations and other reasons,
any changes will be notified by email / telephone.

Order Acceptance

Our order acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular item at
a particular price. After you place an order, JetMedia will determine whether or not to fulfill the order, and JetMedia may refuse or limit your order for
any reason. By placing your order, you agree to accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site, including JetMedia terms and conditions of sale.

JetMedia reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors
in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site.By placing your order,
you agree that JetMedia's total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to JetMedia for the product giving rise to JetMedia's liability.

Delivery Discrepancies

Please inform us of any discrepancies within 72 hours of delivery.

Returns & guarantee

All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase, for defects in manufacture / materials.

Warranties and guarantee's over 12 months are provided by the respective manufacturers, we will assist you in obtaining

service with the manufacturers after the initial 12 month period expires

Please remember when you sign for the goods to check that the packaging is intact and sealed / unopened.
If you have any doubts please call for advice, before signing for it.

Product returns

If you wish to return faulty goods please include full details of the fault, the date you purchased the goods and any invoice number or order number and your contact details to assist us in processing your return and issung replacement goods/refunds.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellation of order

You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 7 working days after you receive the goods

If you wish to return goods please inform us within the fourteen day cooling off period (7 working days after the day on which you receive them)
you MUST inform us in writing of your wish to cancel, you then have a reasonable period to return the goods to us

Note, the cooling off period does not apply to business to business transactions.

Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession,
goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted.
Return carriage payable by customer, the goods should be insured and must be in the original packaging.
Any refunds due will be will be completed within 14 days of the receipt of the goods back to ourselves.

Complaints

If you need to complain about our products or service please contact us by phone email or mail,we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve any complaints within 7 days
